We are searching for an experienced, dependable and customer service oriented candidate who can supervise our evening shift at Crumbl Cookies. The shift lead will direct other employees to make sure appropriate inventory levels are maintained and will be responsible for overseeing the closing of the bakery at the end of the evening. The shift lead will execute and understand recipes, perform quality checks on ingredients and finished products, use icing, glazes, fillings, and other toppings to enhance item presentation, and process orders from customers.
The shift lead will also greet customers, answer questions, clean workstations and equipment, and perform other duties to ensure that customer needs are satisfied and the bakery is well-stocked and operating smoothly.
We are searching for someone who can create a positive work environment for their other employees working during the evening. Cookies are fun, and that’s the atmosphere we would like to create everyday. We need someone who can be positive under stressful situations and make customers and employees feel welcome and feel like family.
REQUIREMENTS: Must be able to manage closing on weekends. (close at 12am) Must be over 18. Must be dependable and have great communication. Must love cookies!
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $10.00 - $14.00 per hour
