The Nighttime Director is also part of the Leadership Development Program, which is an immersive 2-4 year leadership experience for recent college graduates or individuals looking for a career change. It is designed to prepare you for a career in organizational leadership. The desired outcome is that at the end of your journey you will be a well-developed leader capable of launching into a career with Chick-fil-A or any other organization. Through this program you will learn the business, then lead the business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead night shift team members
• Perform all responsibilities of a Shift Leader - providing direction, acknowledging and inspiring others to great performance
• Actively analyze and ensure awareness of food, labor, paper cost, and other monthly business expenses to achieve profitability goal of 17%
• Interpret, analyze, and follow through Daily Safe Critical, RQA, & ROE scores.
• Regularly check email and follow up.
• Effectively handle interpersonal issues and brief Operator on re-occurring/serious issues.
• Complete and submit the end of month package (Electronic by 9:30 PM and physical by the 3rd).
• Provide accountability to team, including leadership for operational success.

• College degree is preferred, required.

REQUIREMENTS

In our kitchens, we focus on fresh and simple ingredients. And we always have. Since the beginning, we've served chicken that is whole breast meat, with no added fillers or hormones, and we bread it by hand in our restaurants. Produce is delivered fresh to our kitchens several times a week. Salads are chopped and prepared fresh throughout the day. Whole lemons are freshly squeezed in our restaurants and combined with pure cane sugar and water (yep, that’s all) to make Chick-fil-A Lemonade®. It may not be the easy way, but it's the only way we know.
