M-F, 8 hour shift between 6AM and 6PM
$70,000 – $75,000 – Full Time with Benefits

Your work will involve providing NMCI service delivery support for NSWC Carderock users. You will provide phone, computer, and printer support, modification, and inventory management.

To qualify, you’ll need: *

DOD Secret Security Clearance
- Associates Degree or three years of relevant experience
- Two (2) years of experience working with NMCI (or equivalent) systems (HPSM, NET, and SRM), supporting the NMCI (or equivalent) contract including documenting and tracking seat order and delivery status, promulgating changes and information to users, customer support, financial reporting to division management, account creation, and oversight of the MAC process.
- Ability to manage data using Navy web and database tools such as Microsoft Excel
- Must be detail oriented and have great communication / customer service skills.
