The Dispensing Nurse is responsible for creating a welcoming and healing environment by providing quality, sufficient and appropriate clinical services and maintaining high professional standards.
As a Dispensing Nurse with BCCS, you will:
- Are primarily involved in dispensing methadone, a medication long known for its effectiveness in treating opiate addiction.
- Assists with Intake process
- Participates in treatment planning meetings.
- Follows-up on all medical referrals and records actions
- Facilitates detox entry with proper referral
Qualifications for this position are:
- Currently licensed registered or practical nurse in the state of Delaware
Schedule:
Minimal requirement: 2 Saturdays per month - 0530am - 0930am
Additional hours are available every day during dispensing time if the candidate is interested
Starting at $30/hr LPN
Starting at $40/hr RN
