Nurse Manager Oncology Unit Night Shift Job at Clinical Management Consultants
A leading academic medical center located in central New Jersey is currently searching for an experienced Night Shift Oncology Nurse Manager to join their award-winning healthcare team.
The state-of-the-art medical center boasts more than 600-beds and provides a variety of primary, acute, and tertiary care services. This organization is regionally known for its numerous Centers of Excellence including cardiovascular care, cancer care, stroke care, neuroscience, orthopedics, and women and children’s services. The Night Shift Oncology Nurse Manager will oversee all clinical and administrative functions of the inpatient Oncology unit. The Night Shift Nurse Manager will lead an advanced team of oncology certified nurses that are specialized in treating patients with blood, breast, gastrointestinal, head and neck, skin, prostate, brain and spine, colon, gynecologic, lung and thoracic, and pediatric cancers. This is a full-time night shift position that does require rotating weekend coverage.
The Nurse Manager is expected to serve as a transformative leader and promote a positive culture within the department. The Nurse Manager must have a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited nursing program with at least 3-5 years of progressive leadership experience in an inpatient oncology hospital setting. This is a full-time Night Shift position.
