Nursing Home Administrator in Training Job at Trinity Healthcare
In order to continue to reach our goals as a company, we are seeking a Nursing Home Administrator in Training to join our team. Candidates should be able to perform the essential responsibilities as well as meet the qualifications listed.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the oversight of all residents to assure that they receive appropriate nursing and medical care.
- Remains loyal and confidential to staff, residents, and owner.
- Performs various public relations functions within the community on behalf of the facility.
- With guidance provided by the Administrator or designee, takes necessary action to make sure the facility meets set budgetary goals while being compliant with government regulations and providing quality care to Residents.
- Ensures that all Resident complaints/concerns are addressed timely and works with appropriate department heads for a resolution.
- Assists the Administrator in coordinating and attending departmental meetings and in-services. Attends in-service and education programs and attends continuing education required for maintenance of professional certification or licensure.
- Perform other tasks as required.
Qualifications:
- Experience in skilled nursing facilities/nursing homes
- Bachelor's Degree
Company will pay for training to complete Nursing Home Administrator Licensure courses.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
