OEM Key Account Manager, Sealing & Bonding - Consumer & Construction Business Unit

Responsibilities

• Sales management responsibility for assigned accounts
  • Strategically Maintain/Grow account base (OEM)
  • Strategically Maintain/Grow MM% (MVC) for existing business
  • Negotiate necessary price changes
  • Manage packaging revisions, changes and creation
  • Manage formulation implementation
  • Manage contract/supply agreement implementation
  • Keep accounts up to date on any PRSA issues
• Secure new business utilizing current and newly developed products
  • Focusing on designated global blockbusters
• Secure additional/new business utilizing any of the 4 chemistries
  • Acrylic, MS, PU, Silicone

• Work with operations to assist in production planning on new and existing business
• Provide forecasts and budgets as requested
• Provide required account reporting

Qualification/Experience Required

• Bachelor’s degree
• Experience in commercial account management
• Travel availability (up to 40-50%)
• Technical (chemical) experience preferred
• Excel & PowerPoint skills
