Parkway Motorcars is looking for an experienced Office Accounting Clerk for immediate hire.
Responsibilities:
- Perform accounting functions by performing the following duties and responsibilities.
- Reconcile vendor accounts.
- Research and solve payment discrepancies.
- Reconciles credit card statements.
- Cut monthly and daily checks
- Data-entry and posting of vendor invoices.
- Assist accounting office
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Good knowledge of accounting (College degree not mandatory)
- Some Experience Required
- Good Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
- Prior Data Entry experience a plus
- Must be detail oriented and well organized
- High School Degree required
- Associate or higher degree is a plus
