Hello! We are a venture-backed company developing technology to prevent wildfires from destroying our communities and mitigate the adverse impacts of climate change.

We are seeking a Office Admin & Lab Operations lead with a range of skills to manage our office operations & administration functions and ensure that things run smoothly and efficiently. We need someone who has experience, is trustworthy, has a can-do attitude, an ownership mindset, is stickler for details & quality, and comfortable in a start-up company environment.

Required experience:

  • Previous experience running office operations (facilities, administration, vendor management) preferably in a technical hardware company
  • Proficiency with basic software tools like word, excel, email, etc.

Basic Job Functions:

  • Coordinate cleaning vendors & garbage pick up facilities
  • Keeping office organized - tools, files, bills, etc.
  • Keeping office & lab welcoming - food & small events in office
  • Help with online searches and purchasing hardware equipment for the lab
  • Following up with supply vendors to ensure timely delivery of purchases
  • Occasional assembly of lab equipment such as benches, cranes, support structures, testing harness, etc.
  • Occasional help picking up or delivering items as needed
  • Supporting administration activities like bills, travel, grants, etc.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40.00 - $75.00 per hour
