Office Assistant Job at Pro Tint of Florida
Pro Tint of Florida is hiring an office assistant to work on-site to assist us with our growing commercial and residential window tinting services. We are a family-owned business that has been in Central Florida for over 25 years. You will be working at our Orlando location which is at the corner of Orange Avenue & Kaley Street in Downtown Orlando.
Some types of customers we serve range from homeowners, business owners, schools & universities, as well as public projects that can contain a lot of moving parts. This position is residential / commercial only - we are not looking for someone to assist with our automotive services at this time.
Job Requirements:
- Must be able to speak and type fluent English, Bilingual a plus
- 2 years or more customer service experience, must be able to provide confident, professional & friendly customer service via phone and email.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Windows 10/11. Must be able to learn how to use industry-specific software to set and follow up with appointments and update job information at every stage of our workflow. Operating this software is a critical component of the position.
- Prior experience with commercial and residential window films is not required, but would be an added plus.
Primary responsibilities will be setting and following up with customer appointments, entering job details on the computer, answering the phones, and coordinating with our other team members on a daily basis to ensure a smooth day-to-day workflow. We are looking for someone who is customer-service oriented, hardworking, and a team player. This can be a fast-paced, fun position with a lot of growth potential - it grows as you do.
Additional Qualifications
- 18 years of age or older, high school diploma or equivalent
- Pass drug screening, background check and MVR check
- Must have valid driver’s license
- Able to lift 25 lbs. without assistance
Salary is competitive and based on experience, starting at $16/hour.
