Office Assistant/Receptionist Job at Four Seasons Lawn Care
The Office Assistant/ Receptionist position is an entry level position responsible for the general office operations of Four Seasons Lawn Care Inc in our Lewiston, ID location. We are looking for a motivated, detail-oriented individual with strong communication skills and the ability to work independently.
Essential Duties and Tasks:
- Answering phone
- Greeting customers
- Receiving and sending mail
- Filing
- Data entry
- Administrative and office support activities for supervisors
Requirements:
- 1 year experience working in a office
- Working knowledge of MS Office Suite
- Reliable transportation to and from work
- Pass employment screening
