Join the team at the CA. Department of Social Services' Community Care Licensing Division is recruiting for an Office Assistant (Typing).
Under the supervision of the Child Care Licensing Program's Assistant Deputy Director or designee, the Office Assistant (Typing) performs general clerical support functions including: answering the telephones, assisting with supply orders, processing mail and managing the Assistant Deputy Director’s calendar. The Office Assistant also reviews correspondences for spelling and grammar and ensure it adheres to the Department’s correspondence manual.
