We are looking for someone who has a heart for seniors and wants to be a part of ensuring they have quality care in their later years. We are seeking someone with good job stability that enjoys working autonomously (self directed without a lot of supervision) as well as with a supportive team, and enjoys the intricacies of putting together a puzzle (our schedule is very much like a puzzle at times). Our In-Home Care agency is looking for an upbeat, high integrity Office Coordinator/ Scheduler. The Office Coordinator/ Scheduler needs to be a hardworking, self starter that is able to manage a variety of office tasks. This professional needs to work well under pressure, have a high degree of attention to detail and an aptitude for creating new processes. Hours are Monday - Friday 8:00AM - 5:00PM

Duties will include but are not limited to:

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate scheduling of client visits in our software system
  • Be a focal point of communications with caregivers and clients
  • Match the right caregivers to the right clients
  • Be responsible for the well-being of both the clients and the caregivers
  • Handling basic business needs such as: late clock ins, shift changes, and other non-urgent matters
  • Keep caregivers’ schedules full while fulfilling requirements of client care plans
  • Assist with HR functions such as hiring/recruiting and orientation

Requirements (this is not a complete list of duties):

  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • A “people-person” who’s able to remain pleasant and considerate under stress
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Willingness to learn quickly and continually
  • Must have valid WA driver’s license and insured automobile and be able to pass a criminal background check
  • Prior experience in a fast-paced administrative role preferred but not required
  • Prior experience as an in-home caregiver is a major plus

Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
