SUMMARY/ OBJECTIVE:

Ideal candidate will be energetic and highly motivated to join our team, they need to be detail-oriented, flexible and willing to take on routine cleaning to meet company standards. This position will only be responsible for the office areas and breakroom areas of the facility.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Perform general clean-up of all areas of the building as directed, following a daily schedule
• Remove garbage daily and prepare bins for weekly pick-up
• Clean all bathrooms daily, ensuring sanitation and cleanliness
• Ensure rooms are maintained and fully equipped for employees and guests
• Complete routine and non-routine cleaning according to specified requests
• Works in accordance with established safety and company policies

COMPENTENCY:

• Position typically expects one (1) to three (3) years of relevant experience based on scope of the position
• Willing and able to work schedule necessary to meet the needs of our employees
• Possess organization and sanitation skills
• Must be detail-oriented and able to multitask
• Able to work independently without direct supervision while maintaining confidentiality within established guidelines

SUPERVISOR RESPONSIBILITIES: None

WORK ENVIRONMENT: Temperature controlled work environment inside, minimal noise, eye protection and close-toe and heel shoes required at all times inside shop.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS: Ability to sit and stand for long periods of time, walking throughout the facility, must be able to lift cleaning equipment (vacuums, trash cans, etc.)
