As part of our Agribusiness team, you'll help our customers leverage technology and data insights to connect upstream and downstream and optimize profitability, efficiency and insights.
The Office Manager will be responsible for maintaining the Clovis office's appearance, supplies, communications, and meeting spaces.
Here's how
- Inventory and order office and marketing supplies
- Sort and distribute mail
- Schedule needed maintenance for the office
- Coordinate with office vendors, service providers and property managers including managing contract and price negotiations in some cases
- Maintain and coordinate the meeting room calendars
- Organize the office layout
- Partner with People & Culture to update and maintain office policies as necessary
- Organize office operations and procedures
- Coordinate with Tech Services on all office equipment
- Approve invoices related to office expenses
- Provide general support to visitors
- Assist in the onboarding process of new hires
- Address employee queries regarding office management issues
- Plan in-house or off-site activities, like parties, celebrations and conferences
What you bring to the role
- Proven experience as an Office Manager, Front Office Manager, Receptionist, or Administrative Assistant
- Proficiency in Google Workspace
- Hands on experience with office machines (e.g. fax machines and printers)
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritize work
- Attention to detail and problem solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment
- A creative mind with an ability to suggest improvements
- High school degree or equivalent
- At least two years of related experience as an Office Manager, Front Office Manager, Receptionist, or Administrative Assistant

The US base salary range for this position is:54,500-$68,000 USD. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level and location. Within that range, individual pay is determined by work location and a variety of factors, which may include but not limited, as applicable, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held.
