St. James School is accepting applications for the position of office manager. The candidate must be efficient, friendly, and flexible. Office and computer skills are essential as well as the ability to schedule school events. The candidate must enjoy working with children.
Requirements
Conducts daily office tasks, including not limited to,
- Tuition management
- Payroll
- Bill paying, deposits, cash records
- Verifies, records student attendance
- Creates/maintains filing system
- Contacts children, parents, teachers as needed
- Supports principal
- Trustworthy, knowledgeable, dependable, discrete, detail oriented
- Strong customer service, friendly
- Strong computer skills: Quickbooks, Excel, SchoolSpeak, bell system…
- Yard supervision as needed
- Flexible
Wage Range
The rate of pay offered to the selected candidate is based on internal pay policy and budget. New hires are commonly paid at the minimum of the wage range or within the lower part of the range. We consider a number of factors when making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience, training and other department needs.
