Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and effective Office Manager to join our property management team. The Office Manager will be responsible for overseeing all administrative functions of the office, ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the business. Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee all administrative functions of the office, including reception, mail and supplies.
- Maintain and update office policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with company standards while improving efficiency and productivity
- Supervise and manage administrative staff, including training and development, performance evaluations, and work scheduling in close relationship with Human Resources
- Conduct regular staff meetings to communicate updates, address issues, and provide guidance.
Oversee Departments and Department Leads:
- Oversee the collections process, ensuring timely and accurate rent payments from tenants
- Oversee leasing applications, including screening tenants, preparing leases, and processing move-ins
- Oversee the Subsidy Housing department, ensure compliance with regulations and requirements, as well as payments
- Oversee move-out and renewal processes, including handling security deposits and that inspections are completed
- Oversee the tenant relations to ensure that tenants needs are being met in a timely and professional manner
Indicators of the right candidate:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 3-5 years of experience in office management or a related field
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with people at all levels of the organization
- Demonstrated leadership and supervisory skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically
- Ability to work independently and take initiative, with a high degree of accountability and responsibility

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $35,876.25 - $82,203.28 per year
