Atlas General Contracting is a small business in Fort Myers, FL. We are a General Contracting company with focus in New Construction, Re-modeling, and facbrication/installation of Hurricane Protection.

Our office is currently seeking a reliable and experienced Office Manager and Bookeeper. The ideal candidate for this role is someone who can guide our team toward success by managing multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritizing work, and communicating clearly. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to continue to develop their skills in a growing organization with opportunities for advancement.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle reception and telephone work.
  • Manage other clerical tasks as required.
  • Booking Keeping
  • Accounts Payable
  • Accounts Receivable
  • Material Ordering
  • Office/Shop Management

Job Type: Full-time

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • No weekends

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Fort Myers, FL 33907: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Administrative experience (Required)
  • Microsoft Office (Preferred)
