Office Manager
Department: Operations
Reports to: Service Manager
We are seeking a diligent, amiable, and talented office manager to provide outstanding service to our clients and support our service delivery team. We are an MSP that delivers services to small-medium-sized businesses. Our engineers monitor, manage, and support all aspects of our clients’ environments, including but not limited to their workstations, phones, servers, networks, and applications. Our office manager will help to support the sales team and engineers.

Role Responsibilities:
- Become intimately aware of our core products and our customers environments
- Handle customer questions, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
- Managing inventories and maintaining accurate purchase and pricing records.
- Maintaining and updating supplier information such as qualifications, delivery times, product ranges, etc.
- Researching and evaluating prospective suppliers.
- Complete Payroll biweekly and maintain PTO.
- Accounting Management and Invoicing.
- Maintain executives’ appointment schedule by planning & scheduling meetings, conferences, teleconferences as well as travel expense reports
- Maintain office as well as inventory by checking stock to define inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; evaluating new office products; placing expediting orders for supplies; verifying receipt of supplies
- Implement new office operational plans, procedures, policies and goals to achieve maximum efficiency and effectiveness of all resources.
- Assist Purchasing Department by processing deliveries.
- Manage and route general office communications (ex: mail, main number calls and vendor calls).
Required Skills:
- Degree in accounting, business management or a similar field preferred.
- 4+ years of experience as a office manager or operations manager
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to physically stand, bend, squat, and lift up to 25-30 pounds
- Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
- Good analytical and strategic thinking skills
- Accounting Management and Invoicing
- Ability to learn and document processes of third-party applications that you might not be familiar with.
- Be a self-starter, eager to learn and get involved in the troubleshooting process.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
