Office Production Associate - Hampshire, IL

PhotoFax, Inc. is currently seeking an Office Production Associate for our successful nationwide private detective agency that specializes in surveillance. We have been in business for 34 years and remain the best surveillance company in the country. The right candidate will help us maintain our elite status in this industry with strong customer service skills, perform detailed quality assurance on surveillance videos and reports, and excel working independently for long periods performing desktop functions. This is a full-time hourly-based position with an excellent benefits plan.

Main Responsibilities:

• Reviewing and transferring video files from investigators’ field operations
• Editing video for aesthetic purposes
• Reviewing and editing investigative reports and video for time fluidity and grammar
• Preparing videos for mailing and presentation to clients

Additional Responsibilities:

• Answering and directing phone calls through the proper channels
• Office support functions including data entry, mail, and document processing
• Cross-function office support for other departments (field investigators, unmanned surveillance, training, and sales)

Requirements:

• Must be proficient navigating a Windows PC
• Must have a strong understanding of Windows Explorer file system
• Must be comfortable working on a desktop PC for long periods of time
• Must have strong reading comprehension and writing skills

• Must have reliable transportation
• Must be able to pass criminal background check in Illinois for PERC card
