JOB SUMMARY

The Onboarding Specialist streamlines, communicates, and oversees the onboarding training for new team members cross the organization, including overseas operations. Builds trust, values others, communicates effectively, drives execution, fosters innovation, collaborates with others, displays a client-centric view, and demonstrates high integrity.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develops, revises, and facilitates standardized orientation program for the organization and emerging clients.
  • Functions as a subject matter expert in LMS and training procedures.
  • Create and records, reports, and other documentation of training activities.
  • Collaborates with business partners, leadership, and project teams.
  • Other training and LMS duties as assigned.

  • Mature classroom management skills; able to effectively control classroom/virtual classroom and create a learning environment
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Independent, logical thinker with advanced troubleshooting and analytical skills; ability to independently problem solve complex technical issues within the LMS
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision, self-starter and demonstrates initiative
  • Flexible and innovative; highly adaptable to dynamic business environment; catalyst for change
  • High engagement; supportive of leadership and role model for Conifer values and guiding behaviors

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE

Include minimum education, technical training, and/or experience preferred to perform the job.

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Some college preferred
  • 2 - 3 years experience in training or leadership position preferred
  • Healthcare revenue cycle experience preferred
  • NAHAM certified is a plus
