As an Operational Excellence Manager, you will support framework design and implementation for TBS critical processes: Business Continuity Plan, Incident Handing, Solutioning and process documentation..

Accelerate value & make an impact by:

• The role will lead efforts to build an in-house TBS Lean Six Sigma White Belt, Yellow Belt and Green Belt training programs
• The role will coach and support CI Champions, Green Belts and Yellow Belts as they execute continuous improvement initiatives
• The role will support the TBS capability program by building and delivering materials/sessions for the TBS nextgen series initiatives

Required qualifications:

• Bachelors Degree
• 5 plus years in business process improvement
• Practical experience with Six Sigma and Lean transactional implementation and facilitation. Professional Quality certification preferred.
• Knowledge of VB macros and/or Clix or powerBI is preferred.
