Our organization is looking for an Operations Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the Scaffold & Access Industry Association (SAIA), including administration of membership and managing the membership database, accounting, creating meeting events, and processing registrations, among other responsibilities. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate daily operations of the association.
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures.
- Provide administrative support to executive staff.
- Audit and update all SAIA membership records (e.g., membership, meeting registrations, mailing list, financial reports) in AMS.
- Set up meeting events and enter and process all meeting registrations, sponsorships, and exhibits.
- Travel to SAIA meetings and industry tradeshows.
- Working registration during SAIA meetings (e.g., Committee Week, Annual Convention & Exposition, A92 Annual Meeting).
- Understand inventory controls for the management of products sold and process invoices.
- Collaborate with other department heads to ensure consistency between departments.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
