Compensation for roles at AZEK varies depending on a wide range of factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set and level of experience. The annual salary for this role is $63,500 to $77,500.

The AZEK Company is an industry leading manufacturer of engineered low-maintenance residential and commercial building products headquartered in Chicago, IL. We have a need for an Operations Analyst who is responsible for designing, developing, analyzing, implementing, and supporting solutions for our Scranton, Keyer. Facility. The Operations Analyst reports to the Plant Manager.

Job Summary

The candidate will design and maintain data systems and databases to ensure their stability, reliability, and performance. You will prepare reports for executive leadership that effectively communicate trends, patterns, and predictions using relevant data. Maintain existing flash, SSRS, Crystal Reports, and Power BI reports and Visual Basic code. Collaborate effectively with programmers, engineers, and organizational leaders to identify opportunities for process improvements, recommend system modifications, and help to develop policies for data governance. Create appropriate documentation that allows stakeholders to understand reports and the steps of the data analysis process.

Job Responsibilities

• Prepare reports for executive leadership and other stakeholders
• Maintain existing flash, SSRS, Crystal Reports, and Power BI reports and Visual Basic code and fix including fix coding errors and other data-related problems.
• Verify data quality to ensure accurate analysis and reporting.
• Help identify the business data needed to produce the most useful insights and future analytics.
• Utilize data to make actionable recommendations at all levels.
• Monitor data management processes to ensure data quality and consistency.
• Monitor system performance, data integrity and usage metrics.
• Contribute to data dictionary, standards, training, and ongoing updates

Education, Knowledge, and Qualifications

• BS/BA or Associate Computer Science degree in Database Systems or Programming
• 5 years’ experience maintaining and optimizing SQL Server database system and troubleshooting database issues using Server Profiler and other diagnostic tools.
• 5 years’ experience using SQL, SSRS, Crystal Reports, Telerik, Excel, and/or other data analysis tools
• 5 years’ experience writing and optimizing VBA code
• 2 years’ Experience creating and optimizing SSIS integration jobs
• Some experience with providing technology infrastructure support a PLUS
• Microsoft 365 including Office, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint
• JIRA Service Desk and JIRA Software
• Excellent Business Analysis and Customer Service skills
• Some experience with Agile methodology

• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with a diverse group of people at all levels of the organization
