Position Overview

Freezing Point, (owners of the Frazil beverage brand), is the fastest growing frozen beverage company in the US. Our frozen beverage machines are being placed in convenience stores all over the US, and consumers are enjoying these beverages more and more.

The Operations and Logistics Associate supports the management of our most important asset, our machines. They work closely with critical stakeholders including sales, accounting, shipping, other internal operational stakeholders, third party parts / service providers, distributors, brokers, and the customer. Execution of timely and accurate machine movements that are properly recorded / tracked are vital to the success of our day-to-day operations. Good communication, organization, smart decision making, and process improvement are capabilities required to be successful in this role. We are working on a number of strategic initiatives that this role will be a part of.

Salary: $45,000 - $60,000/year

Responsibilities and Duties

• Record machine movements in ERP and company internal asset tracking databases and CRM tools
• Review sales contracts for completeness before beginning machine movement coordination
• Coordinate with third party installers to complete timely machine movements
• Review completed jobs for accuracy and quality
• Support machine inventory counts; investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies
• Troubleshoot, problem solve and escalate problems as necessary
• Assisting with other critical projects as needed by Management
• Improve the process!

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university
• Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
• Work independently and efficiently with minimal supervision as well as in a team environment
• Extreme attention to detail and organization
• Effective time management, organization, and task prioritization
• Excellent communication skills – email, in person and over the phone
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects at the same time
