Job Requirements.
5 Wits is seeking a strong leader with experience building and managing teams in a fast paced guest focused environment. Our Operations Managers are responsible for recruiting, hiring, training and ongoing performance management of their locations team, ensuring the highest levels of service are provided to all guests to guarantee a safe, exciting and memorable experience for friends and family alike.

The Operations Manager will supervise a staff of up to 3 key carrying hourly supervisors and upwards of 12 full time and part time line level employees while reporting directly to Regional Management.

• Previous experience 3 years minimum of supervising teams of 15 or more in a retail,

hospitality or other professional environment required.

• Familiarity with MS Office, Google Docs/Sheets desired.
• Some mechanical/technical ability and/or experience working with complex lighting, sound and theatrical equipment preferred.

Pay: From $51,000.00 per year
