Responsibilities

We are looking to hire Operations Manager at our Streetsboro, OH location

This is just a high-level overview of the role.

The Plant Operations Manager manages all aspects of production and quality control to ensure timely production of high-quality products in a safe, environmentally responsible, and cost-efficient manner. The Plant Operations Manager is the second person in command after the Plant Manager.

Experience

These skills and experiences will make you a good fit for this role.

• Ten years of operations, quality control and/or maintenance experience in manufacturing is required. Experience in specialty materials mixing and packaging operations is a plus.
• Five or more years as a leadership experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience with inventory management and management of preventive maintenance is required.
• Working knowledge of SAP is a plus.
• Demonstrated focus on safety, quality and customer satisfaction are required.
• Strong communication skills, conflict resolutions skills, multi-tasking skills, ability to prioritize and attention to detail are required.
• Basic chemical knowledge and experience with construction chemicals is a plus.
• Excellent organizational skills and a willingness to participate as a team member.
