We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager. The Operations Manager ensures a high level of organizational effectiveness within the company. This role will work under General Manager to ensure successful Branch Operations.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• Establish and maintain business standards for accuracy, productivity, and reliability
• Assist with the daily functions of the business
• Update important finances daily with great accuracy and attention to detail
• Assist with the hiring and onboarding process of new team members
• Maintain Fleet Service (Company Vehicles)
• Assist with onboarding of subcontractors
• Manage all inbound calls to the office and direct them accordingly
• Maintain a clean and friendly work environment
• Work with our Fractional Accounting company to ensure the accuracy of data
• Designing, building, and executing process improvement projects to drive operational efficiencies and employee experience
• Assist with the coordination of all company and Give Back Events

SKILLS:

• Experience and knowledge as a previous Office Manager or Operations Manager
• Proficiency in Google Suite

• Salary Range: $52k-$65k Based on experience
