WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
At Cosentino (www.cosentino.com) we are looking for an Operations Manager located in Austin, TX, who will have the opportunity to work in a multinational environment, in full expansion, surrounded by numerous challenging projects that you can be part of. As an Operations Manager, you will be responsible for the administration of operational activities in the warehouse. Your daily tasks include control of shipping/receiving material, organization & inventory management, ensuring that all appropriate safety regulations are being implemented, and supervising all warehouse employees & drivers.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
On this position there will be different fronts you are going to be working with: Logistics
- Prepare appropriate documentation for loading and unloading trucks and containers.
- Organize and maintain delivery schedule daily with efficiency route planning Other duties as assigned
Quality and Safety Control
- Responsible for quality control by reviewing all incoming and outgoing product for damage.
- Operate within standard operating procedures (SOPs) and Job Safety Analysis
- Lead and maintain a safe working area ensuring that Health and Safety processes and procedures are met.
Administration
- Assist with system order entry when needed, as well as customer delivery schedules.
- Responsible for inventory management and control
- Able to enter orders into SAP, interact with customers, load/unload products, and move product within the warehouse as needed.
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED
Professional Experience
Required:
- 3+ years of operational and people management experience in logistic.
- 1+ inventory management experience.
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
Desired:
- SAP experience
- Forklift experience
Knowledge
- Building materials market
- Academical Background
Required:
- High School / GED
Desired:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, operations management or related field.

Pay: $72,000.00 - $81,000.00 per year
