Imperial Asset Management is a real estate asset management company located in Tampa, FL. We purchase single family houses, condos, and multi-units, improve them, and hold them for long-term appreciation.

Due to our success, we are expanding into the Dallas/Ft worth area and will be setting up a new affiliate company to head up a private equity fund in Texas.

We are looking for a strong operations manager who thrives in a fast paced environment and can handle many projects at the same time. Although we are a seasoned company, this will have the feeling as a start up since we are expanding into the area. You will be the right hand for the VP of operations and will be the first hire in the Dallas area.

The areas that you will be working on include:

Helping to find the best office space that we can grow into. We are currently in Regus offices in Tampa and will be looking for full time office space in the Dallas area that is close to the airport. Your knowledge of the area will be very important.

Helping to put together our marketing decks and finding vendors as necessary to handle work as needed.

Working with our attorneys to supply them with documents to finalize our fund.

Working with our bookkeeper & CFO once they are hired.

Working with VP of Operations in purhasing properties.

Handling the paperwork for new investors as they come on board.

Helping to recruit new employees as needed to handle growth.

Ordering supplies

Office managment

This is a very key role and requires someone with boundless energy that has great problem solving skills and thrives in a chaotic environment with a great personality. We are seeking a professional career focused individual that wants to advance financially and professionally.

You must dress professionally, work well on your own, and be an effective communicator.

This is a 100% in office position. This is NOT a hybrid position.

You must also be able to pass a background check as you will be signing documents for the company in a corporate capacity.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year

  • High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:
