We are seeking an experienced, professional Optometrist to join our team. The ideal candidate for this position has an advanced degree in optometry and is licensed to prescribe medications. This is a full-time position that will require late hours and extensive travel.
Responsibilities:
- Provide patient care.
- Perform eye examinations to evaluate visual acuity, visual fields, and extraocular movements.
- Perform tests to measure intraocular pressure and diagnose glaucoma.
- Perform tests to diagnose diseases of the retina, optic nerve, and visual pathways.
- Inform patients about vision problems, treatment options, and available resources.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour
