Requirements
- Lead current state review and assess current processes and workflows within the labs for any scope gaps or potential risks or issues.
- Lead future state review to demo all the workflows that form part of the US Start Model offering.
- Answer questions and concerns specific to these workflows from the attendees.
- Assist the client with decision making and support the client in the completion of DCW's to capture data for
- configuration.
- Plan and manage the configuration of the solution into the system.
- Raise integration points with workstreams where there is crossover with other workstreams.
- Following the configuration completion, assist the client in the preparation for future state validation.
- Impact assess change requests in the project and implement or delegate the config of the change.
- Review the client test script for quality and accuracy.
- Resolve any test issues raised.
- Support the client through cutover and transition to live service.
- Implement fixes and changes into the live environment via the agreed governance model.
