Order Entry - Immediate Temporary position in Pico Rivera Job at AppleOne
Temporary position available for an Order Entry Specialist to work in Pico Rivera asap!
Maintain Customer Purchase Order Log for all International and FOC (Gratis) orders on daily basis
Process Customer and Gratis orders ranging from Customer PDFs (manual) and excel files supporting am and pm commit/allocation process
(Includes: data entry, and order acknowledgments, email/inbox maintenance)
Process Free of Charge orders including End to End with support in Excel, FedEx uploads, and FOC email communications and tracking.
Support the pre commit process through Entry system, Excel templates, and team process flow
Print and organize tickets for all orders within aligned business timing (same day)

Requirements
- Early Shift to support international order volumes; 7:30am- 4pm preferred
- 2+ years of Customer Service experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills required
- Standard MS Office applications required, Basic in Excel a must
- Ability to shift quickly per team to support the daily business needs and priorities
- Excellent time management and organizational skills a must
