Replenishing and merchandising products at designated store locations on an assigned route.

Profile

• You will be responsible for replenishing, merchandising, and ordering products at all designated Large Store and similar accounts.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred
• No work experience required, but previous sales / merchandising experience preferred
• Valid Driver's License, current vehicle liability insurance, and clean driving record
• Must be able to use a personal vehicle during business hours
• Ability to repetitively lift, pull, and push 50+ pounds, kneel, bend over and reach above head heigh
• Excellent planning and organization skills with strong attention to detail and follow-up
• Ability to work with minimal supervision

Activities

• Build and maintain product displays, equipment placements and Point of Sale advertising according to the company’s merchandising standards.
• Maintain appropriate shelf allocation, product levels and product rotation in beverage sections, cold equipment and other displays.
• Manage back stock inventory levels and trade breakage.
• Determine product needs to place corresponding orders on existing sales routes.
• Daily communication, problem resolution, and appropriate follow up with customers, co-workers and shoppers.
