Our office is growing and busy and we are looking to add to our Treatment Coordinator Team. We have locations in Westlake, Domain Northside, and in the Seaholm District Downtown.

We are looking for a Kunik Orthodontic Treatment Coordinator to meet new patients, educate them on their treatment options, and build relationships with referring offices.

• Fulltime position Monday- Friday 7:45am-5:15pm
• Excellent communicator
• Well organized
• Knowledge of insurance benefits and ability to explain insurance to patients
• General knowledge of orthodontics
• Tasks:
• New patient exams with Dr. Kunik
• Following up with patients during treatment if they have questions
• Explaining treatment options to patients
• Explaining insurance benefits to patients
• Taking photos and xrays
• Ability to use Itero scanner
• Reviewing treatment costs with patients
• Internal and external marketing
• Delivering treats to our referring dentist as needed
• Working with SmileSnap

How our team supports the Treatment Coordinator team:

We currently have a Treatment Director that supports our Treatment Coordinator by helping with notes, emails to corresponding offices, and coordinating with patients. Our front desk schedules new patients and checks on their insurance benefits. The clinic team helps take records and Itero scans. Our virtual team submits cases to outside labs including Invisalign and 3M. Our financial and surgery coordinator takes care of patient billing and coordinating with surgeon offices.
