PestBear is seeking Outside Sales Representatives NOW!

For over 25 years, PestBear, Inc., a family-owned business, has provided residential termite control and home pest control to Florida residents. Job Responsibilities: As an Outside Sales Representative, you will be trained to develop relationships with current and prospective PestBear and LawnBear customers. You will partner with homeowners to determine their needs by performing thorough inspections and identifying the products and services that best meet those needs.

Your specific duties in this role will include:

• Conducting visits to neighborhood customer locations.
• Performing professional product and service demonstrations while onsite.
• Emphasizing product features and benefits, quoting prices, discussing payment terms, and preparing sales order forms and reports.
• Cultivating a network of referrals to create new opportunities for revenue growth.
• Building networking and marketing relationships with other service providers in your area.
• Direct marketing with neighborhoods in the area.
• Maintaining professional appearance and demeanor at all times as you represent the company.
• Actively managing your call schedule to adequately cover your assigned territory.
• Recording accurate measurements and writing correct descriptions of each property inspected.
• Building and maintaining ongoing awareness of new products and services, competitor activities.
• As an Outside Sales Representative, you must be highly motivated and passionate with high energy, strong integrity, and an engaging level of enthusiasm. You will need to have solid analytical, active-listening, and problem-solving skills, as well as a commitment to superior customer service. You must also display excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal and presentation skills, plus the ability to establish rapport and credibility and maintain lasting business relationships with a wide range of current and potential clients.
• Specific qualifications for the Outside Sales Representative role include:
• High school diploma or GED or 6-12 months of related experience and/or training in sales and dealing with the public or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Outside sales background, preferably in the pest control industry, but not required. *
• WE WILL TRAIN THE RIGHT PERSON!!*
• Ability to conduct exterior home inspections.
• Ability to work both individually and as part of a team.
• Exposure to variations in weather.
• On feet 6-8 hours per day.
• Bend/squatting/kneeling to inspect lawns, plants, trees and shrubs.
• Basic math skills.
• Fluent in English.
• Must meet age requirement and pass Motor Vehicle Review.
• Valid driver's license from your current state of residence, required.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen, background check, and motor vehicle report check.

Pay: $31,200.00 - $100,000.00 per year
