Job Brief:

We are looking for motivated, energetic Outside Sales Representatives! Our outside sales reps are the primary people responsible for the building and maintaining of the relationships that make our business thrive. Previous experience in sales is not required!

What you’ll do:

Our Outside Sales Reps, commonly referred to around the office as Project Managers, are the foundation of our operation, the first face our customers see! Typically, your work will include:

• Using your charm and know-how (provided by our in-depth paid training!) to sell roofs–we will teach you how to canvass, build a referral network and much more!
• Breaking out your calculator to accurately estimate costs of builds and ensuring that enough funds and materials are available for builds
• Putting on your hard-hat and managing the build process on site!

Who you are:

• Willing and able to climb on roofs
• Secure in your ability to thrive under a commission-only based structure, after a training period between 5-10 weeks with base pay

What you’ll need:

• A valid driver’s license and reliable source of transportation (preferably one capable of hauling building materials)
• Proficiency in basic math, basic computer skills

What you’ll receive:

• Health insurance starting at $200**–we also offer dental, vision, life, STD and LTD coverage

• No commission cap–income ranging between $80,000-$250,000!
