Job Description – Territory Manager

Attic Breeze is actively seeking an experienced, high-energy sales professional with an outgoing, friendly personality who is focused and naturally driven to further develop their assigned sales territories. This opportunity is ideal for a sales professional with experience in roofing, HVAC, or building material sales. The position is base + variable, offering the right candidate the ability to earn income in excess of $100K per year.

Job Location and Work Hours:

·Central Texas Region

·Ideal candidate will currently live in or relocate to the CTX area

·8:00AM- 5:00PM, Monday thru Friday

·Additional work hours as required to meet sales objectives

Travel Requirements:

·High travel (estimated 4-5 days per week minimum)

Responsibilities:

·Execute account plans to achieve sales goals and business unit growth

·Develop and grow strong relationships with existing clientele across multiple channels through onsite customer visits and sales calls

·Actively prospect and develop new client opportunities

·Resolve client issues in a timely manner

·Ability to meet sales goals, expectations, and deliver sustained results

·Take ownership of your assigned sales territories and grow account base

·Understand the importance of both following through and following up with clients

·Develop a superior knowledge of the product we sell, the company, and understand the KPIs for success in your assigned territory

·Work closely with inside sales team to support customers and develop new opportunities

·Evaluate and report on competition, their promotions, and products

Requirements:

·Minimum of 5 years outside sales experience

·Experience with B2B Account Management

·Experience with MS Word and Excel

·Outgoing personality, focused and naturally driven

·Sales experience within roofing, HVAC, or building materials industry is a plus

·Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

·Solid client interfacing skills and public speaking

·Valid driver’s license

Compensation:

·Starting Base Salary: $50-$70K per year (based on experience)

·Starting Variable Pay: up to $30K+ per year bonus pay (based on performance)

·Car Allowance: $8-$10K per year (based on sales territory)

·Bonus Accelerators: no cap on additional earning potential

Sales Rewards: eligible to qualify for annual all-inclusive vacations and other sales rewards based on performance (after first year of employment)
