What does a day in the life of a Packer look like? Keep reading to find out more. We have openings for 1st and 2nd shift. 1st shift hours are 5:00 AM - 3:30 PM, and 2nd shift is 3:30 PM - 2:00 AM, Monday - Friday with possible work on the weekends. Staffmark will provide you mentorship guidance to help get you started in your new role, and don't worry, no experience is necessary.

Job duties within this fast-paced environment include accurately inspecting packages to ensure they are not damaged, packaging product in appropriate containers, and efficiently loading/unloading trailers. We appreciate talent who are willing and able to learn new skills and assist team members as needed.
