Sign-on bonus!

New employees and re-hires will be eligible for a total of $300.00 in sign on bonuses during their first ninety days with the company. Eligible employees will be paid $100.00 after their first thirty days, an additional $100.00 after their first sixty days, and a final payment of $100.00 upon receiving a “satisfactory” or higher upon their ninety day introductory review.

Hours: Monday - Friday 7:00am – 3:30pm

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

· Removing size tags from garments (or just company tags)

· Staging garments for printing tags

· Preparing the ink for printing tags

· Operating the Pad Printer

· General cleaning of pad printer and plates

· Paperwork

· Counting and boxing finished goods

· Cross training in Production Department

· Perform other related duties as assigned

Qualifications:

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. * Lift and/or move up to 50lbs at times * Regularly stand for long periods of time while reaching with hands and arms * Specific abilities include, focus, depth perception and ability to identify colors * Familiar with Pantone colors * Ability to read, write and comprehend complex written or oral instructions, short correspondence, and memos, while performing the duties of this job, the employee may be exposed to warm or cold weather. The employee maybe exposed to chemicals which requires safety equipment such as a face mask and apron to be worn. The noise level in the work environment is often loud.
