We're a young company looking to add two decent human beings to our crew for our upcoming spring and summer work load. With good performance, we'd be looking for bring these new employees with us into the winter schedule and beyond. We want to provide our applicants with the skills and knowledge necessary to not only become a great painter but also give them the opportunity to grow as people. We want to provide the foundation and ability to grow from a painter into a crew leader than can operate their own job sites and produce the consistent product of a good paint job. There's zero experience required for this job posting and we'll teach you everything on the job. Applicants will be required to have a drivers license and reliable transportation. Be able to legally work in the United States and able to work alongside people on a daily basis. It's highly encouraged to not have a fear of heights as we often work from 24-40ft ladders.
We work 4 day work weeks Monday-Thursday 7am-5pm because we want life to be about more than just work. Employees have a 1hr paid lunch per day. We work mainly in the Saratoga Springs area and the surrounding area. We've had jobs in the past that require some more extensive driving, but it's not typically our wheelhouse. We deal mainly in residential work for clients that trust us to provide them with a great paint job. We expect our employees to be respectful of our clients and their is a 0 tolerance policy in regards to being rude or outwardly disruptive with our clients. Overall, this job is one that you can grow into.
Must be able to lift and carry ladders and have a drivers license with a vehicle. We work all around the Saratoga area mainly and sometimes travel 20-30 minutes to job sites.
