Fast growing Bohemia based personal injury law firm seeks an ambitious full time paralegal with 3+ years of personal injury experience.
Ideal candidate is organized, has outstanding customer service skills, and has the ability to prioritize and multitask. Compassion for clients' needs and a desire to problem solve is a must.
Candidate must:
- have extensive knowledge and understanding of no-fault claims;
- be familiar with all stages of personal injury litigation;
- be proficient in drafting pleadings, discovery demands and responses, trial documents, and all correspondence necessary for litigation;
- be able to professionally communicate with clients, adjusters, attorneys and court personnel;
-be familiar with New York State Court E-Filing;
- have a strong ability to write and speak English.
Ability to speak Spanish, French, and/or Russian is not requited, but a plus.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.00 - $32.00 per hour
