Assist students and preschool teacher with three sections of preschoolers. One section is located outside at Cedar Lake Farm on Wed and Thurs from 12:45- 3:30. Must be comfortable working outdoors with preschool students in various weather conditions.
JOB SUMMARY:
Assists in the instruction and implementation of developmentally appropriate educational opportunities and curriculum to preschool age children that develops the whole child (cognitive, social emotional, language/communication, and physical development) while supporting and educating the parents to create a stronger parent child relationship so that the overall district educational objectives may be achieved.
WORK REQUIREMENTS AND CHARACTERISTICS:
Education/Certification/Licensure:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid Minnesota driver’s license
Experience:
- Prior experience working with children is preferred

- Ability to keep an orderly and safe arrangement of the classroom
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
- Knowledge of child development
