MUTTS Canine Cantina - Allen Now Open in Watters Creek! An off leash dog park for our members with fresh drinks, hot food and great vibes!

We are looking for an Attendant / Bark-Ranger to join our MUTTS Canine Cantina - Allen team!

We are a concept unlike any other, a dog park, casual cantina and bar rolled into one! As a membership-based dog park we cater to our furry friends and guests like they are family. Our food is served hot, drinks fresh and never-ending vibes galore! Come. Sit. Stay.

Greet guests with a personable, high energy attitude! For this role, you should have solid organizational and people skills to make sure our guests (two and four-legged) have a positive experience from the moment they arrive till their departure. You should also be available to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays, and work outside for long periods of time. Ultimately, you will ensure we provide excellent customer service and Create Rebarkable Memories for our guests and pets!

Job Duties

• Welcome guests with a smile!

• Check in guests and explain the Membership program.

• Upsell monthly memberships (turn day passes into returning guests)!

• Keep the park and cantina area clean.

• Be the best pooper scooper this side of the Mississippi! (Really though, dogs poop a lot)

• Play/Entertain dogs!

• Keep dog water features, dog bowls, and drinking water clean.

• Patrol the park, preventing and de-escalating dog aggression.

Skills and Qualifications

• Familiarity with health and safety regulations.

• Ability to multi-task, watch the park and maintain high levels of guest service!

• Excellent communication skills (phone and face to face).

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to monitor the park and cantina area.

• Good physical condition to walk and stand outside during an entire shift (especially in the Texas heat).

• Comply with all food and beverage regulations: TABC Certified and Food Handler Certified,
