Bensalem Chick-fil-A is hiring for Part Time Day Shift Team Member (Adult)!
FOH responsibilities:
- Use our CORE 4 model to serve guests: eye contact, smile, speak enthusiastically, stay connected
- Operating the POS at the front counter, managing cashier duties in the front or in the drive thru, and learn other stations of the restaurant
- Looking for opportunities to stock or clean when not serving a customer
- Delivering orders to customers in the dining room and to mobile order cars in the parking lot
- Checking for product quality and consistency
- Learn all stations in the back-of-house, including the kitchen line and food prep
- Assist shift leaders and managers in executing opening or closing procedures
- Demonstrate knowledge of the brand and menu items
- Complete all tasks as assigned
- Work well with crew members and managers
Requirements:
- Must be comfortable using a cash register
- Team-oriented, adaptable, dependable, and strong work ethic
- Positive attitude and ability to work in a fast food environment
