$20 - $25 an hour
Part-Time Collections is responsible for various collection activities associated with client accounts. You will be responsible for all collection functions including daily collection calls and emails, research, and resolution of any issue and delivery of periodic account statements. Additionally, you will support other office functions such as answering phones, filing, mailing invoices etc.
Approx. 16 hours per week (no Fridays)
- 2+ years experience in collections and related job functions.
- Basic computer skills required. Emailing, excel, google docs, internet search skills etc.
- Must maintain detailed collection notes and contacts for each client.
- Basic office skills, using a printer, copy machine, phones etc.
- High school graduate.
- Some College or college graduate a plus
- Good communication skills
- Must be a team player
- Strong Customer Service Skills/Background
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
