Elite Prep is looking for bright, motivated, detail-oriented individuals to assist with administrative duties and facilitate the efficient operation of our branch locations.
QUALIFICATIONS
Requirements for employment:
- High school diploma
- Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures
- Proficiency with computers and relevant software applications
- Knowledge of customer service principles and practices

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Attend to Elite students and parents in person and via telephone and email
- Maintain a thorough understanding of Elite’s programs and services
- Respond to inquiries from prospective and visiting students and parents
- Direct current students to the appropriate classes
- Take and relay messages
- Maintain front desk reception area
- Provide general administrative and clerical support
COMPENSATION & PERIOD OF EMPLOYMENT
Employment is on a part-time basis. Compensation is commensurate with experience.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- After school
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Weekends only

Masks are recommended but not required
