Full Job Description
We are seeking a talented and motivated individual to come on board to work part time at our self storage facility in Toccoa, GA.
Experience in self storage is not required.
Job Overview:
As a Part Time OneGuard Self Storage Assistant Property Manager, you will visit the site 2-3 times per week to perform a variety of simple tasks:
- Adding overlocks to delinquent units
- Removing overlocks from non-delinquent units
- Cleaning out / sweeping units when they are vacated
- Staying in communication with the our virtual property manager
- Reporting on facility conditions
- Picking up trash at the facility
You will typically work 5-10 hrs per week, unless a large hauling job is required.
Position Requirements:
- Must be able to use apps on your phone for task management
- Basic computer knowledge a plus
- Valid driver’s license and reliable insured transportation
- Must have either access to a trailer or a truck for hauling.
- Ability to multitask
- Up to 10 hours per week
- Ability to work in outside environments
- Some light physical activities
This is a 1099 contract position.
