ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSI*BILITIES

• Delivers exceptional and timely customer service to our consumers regarding product.
• Completes all assigned tasks in a timely and efficient manner.
• Build and maintain a client book for future business.
• Operation of the P.O.S. and Cash System.
• Executes all visual directives and maintains visual standards set by the company and as directed by the management team.
• Participate in and help lead store events.
• Work a changing schedule of Mornings, Days, Nights, Weekends and Holidays.

QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS

• Minimum of 2 years of Customer Service experience preferred. Preferably in consumer products, retail or dealer-based environment. Sales experience preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Must be a team player and can earn the respect of team members through actions and contributions.
• Personal knowledge/experience in outdoor leisure consumer products is a huge plus.
