Hours - Flexible - 15 to 20 Hours per week during business hours - 8 AM to 5PM

Primary Job Responsibilities:
- Support learning program administration (scheduling sessions, managing learner rosters, preparing support materials)
- Assist in management of and updates to learning Intranet site (Berkley Learning University)
- Support talent management initiatives (provide administrative support for design team, including preparation and proofing of content around career conversations, succession planning, internship programs)
Desired Skills:
- Needs to be detail-oriented with ability to pick up new technology/processes relatively quickly
- Should have solid written and verbal communications ability
- Eye for visual design is a plus
- Will probably need to be able to use Outlook, Word. Excel and Powerpoint a plus.
